Smart and passionate Game Changer - Consultant (Belgien)

Want to broaden your profile as an HR professional, then you are at the right place. We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on and creative Consultants. You will be in the driver’s seat for our clients in challenging HR projects such as: learning and development, employee engagement, performance review, corporate culture, employee lifecycle, talent management, training and team coaching.

What does it take to get the job? You are empathic, client oriented and able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines. You have a master’s degree and at least two years of experience in a relevant HR field. You have the eagerness to learn, the ability to adapt and improve, you’re a team player and have the stamina to make things happen. And then of course… there are the ‘classics’, like coping with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and three languages (Dutch, French & English) are a must have.

Eager and Curious Head Bangers - Junior Consultant (Belgien)

We are looking for young, eager, curious Head Bangers who will help our clients in-house in their recruitment needs. You will give support in all aspects of sourcing and selection domains like: being the point of contact for hiring managers, enhancing the candidate experience, improving employer branding, optimizing the recruiting flow, performing selection interviews, smart sourcing, developing interview skills of hiring managers, supporting campus recruitment, organizing graduate bootcamps.

What does it take to get the job? The eagerness to learn, the intelligence to adapt and improve, the stamina to face the facts and to make them work in our clients’ advantage. That’s why you can spend a day a week picking the brains of our Senior Consultants.
